Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all tea sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used tea products for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ufohaus.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

In-person tea tastings and event purchases are non-refundable.
